Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Check all clearances including salary on hold/notice period recovery are captured and updated accurately on the system for all Exit employees.
- Ensure Full and Final calculation Sheets with accurate details to be shared with Finance for final processing.
- To handle all statutory compliances with regards to HR (ESI, PF etc) and ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents and monitor compliance to requirements.
- Handling Attendance of employees and bio matric machine .
- Leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems (Adrenalin) that include payroll systems, other modules etc.
- Managing and scaling a team of HRIS members to help define and drive the overall HRIS roadmap.
- Coordinating with IT Team, HRIS Vendor and the user community (Employees) to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
- Supporting all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, testing, deployment, and administration) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, personnel performance evaluation, and document management systems and software).
